Refer-A-Friend

Earn extra money by referring your friends and colleagues to us! When the person you refer successfully completes 455 billable hours (approximately 13-week assignment), you will start to receive monthly bonus checks.

Here’s how it works:

»	Any Sun Medical employee may refer a new candidate to Sun Medical Staffing.
»	Make your referral using this online form or simply have your referral contact us directly and give us your name.
»	If we receive your referral information from our online form, we will contact your colleague and introduce him or her to Sun Medical Staffing. Your referral can also contact us directly, and give your name and information as the referrer either on their application or over the phone.
»	Once the colleague you referred successfully completes 455 billable hours (approximately 13-week) assignment with us, you will be eligible to receive monthly bonuses.
»	If you are not currently working with Sun Medical Staffing, you will be contacted by Sun Medical to confirm your address before your referral bonus payment is mailed.

Eligibility Requirements

Referrals can be submitted by you online using our online form, or a new hire can identify you as the person who referred them when applying.

»	To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be a new contact for Sun Medical Staffing (i.e. not already in our database).
»	If you are a current employee with us, make sure we have your correct contact information in our records, so we can reward you for your referrals. If you are not a current employee, make sure you or your referral submits your complete contact information so we know how to reach you.
»	To qualify for the referral bonus, the name and contact information for both you and your referral needs to be included on the application or referral form.
»	For each candidate you refer you will receive ongoing monthly bonuses based on the number of hours the referred candidate works each month. For you to begin accruing credits/dollars the referred candidate must first work 455 hours.
»	The referred candidate must begin work within 90days of completing application for you to qualify for bonus. If you know someone can't start working until August, do not refer them in January, wait until the summer to refer.
