The screening and credentialing process used by Sun Medical is probably one of the most comprehensive in the industry, exceeding both Joint Commission and State Department of Health mandates. Our system alerts us at least thirty days prior to any credentials expiring, more notice is given for certain items, i.e. licenses, and does not allow placement if any credential is missing or expired. You, the client, will receive the candidate's complete profile to review prior to confirmation. In order to insure nurses are continuously performing up to standard, we request performance evaluations be done on a regular basis, and offer advanced clinical training, as well as assistance with CEU credits.

At Sun Medical, you are an at will employee, so you're not obligated to accept any assignment. You work when and where you want. We offer part time, per diem, full time and even permanent opportunities. During the interview process, you express your preference and we only offer you assignments that meet your criteria.
